10 Aug 25: NCR Open Registration

Open registration for the upcoming NCR begins September 1st at 12:00 PM EDT on a first-come, first-served basis. I would speculate there might be as many as fifteen open spots. The event is hosted by Sail Newport Sailing Center & Newport Model Sail Club. October 16-19 2025 Newport Rhode Island:

31 May 2025: Rules Compliance at Regattas – P. Burgess

The DFICA maintains a tight control on our Restricted Class Rules for compliance at major regattas – Travellers Trophy, State, Regional, National and Global levels.

We often see owners make changes for various reasons, which are identified and corrected where known. Unfortunately, a small minority push the envelope on Rule interpretation. The Rules are written in a simplified format for ease of use. If every scenario were to be addressed, the Rules would run into many pages!
